VIPs - your wish is our command!

You have a choice! You can either get on the VIP Guestlist or book yourselves a table in the VIP Lounge Bar. Either way, just fill in the request form and we'll be in touch very shortly to sort out all the requirements for your night out, and we'll do our best to make it a really special occasion! Details below...

VIP Guestlist: Get yourselves on The List and everybody in your party will receive a q-jump and a free shot, admission will be fixed at just £3 each, all we ask is that you arrive before 11.30pm. (This option does NOT include entry to the VIP Lounge Bar before 11.15pm.)

VIP Lounge Bar: Start your night in relaxed style as VIPs in the Lounge Bar, you can pre-book an area for £5 per person or £60 for the group, whichever costs you less. (You will not then pay an admission fee) For this you will get: 

- Some valuable time to chat and socialise in the VIP Lounge Bar which we restrict to a maximum of 50 guests. PLUS - everybody in your group will receive a complimentary glass of bubbly each on arrival - accompanied by some nibbles 

The VIP Lounge Bar is available between 10pm and 11.15pm - so you really need to arrive no later than 10.15pm to get your money's worth. The room is ideal for groups who want to have a catch up and a chat while the club fills up before you all embark on your dancing mission! The club usually starts to fill up between 11pm and Midnight

The club is very popular with Hen parties at weekends and we promise to do our best to make your Hen Party a fun and memorable one. The Bride-to-be and the Bridesmaids will receive FREE ENTRY (it's £3 admission for each of the rest of the group), each guest in the group will also receive a Q-JUMP and a FREE SHOT at the bar on arrival. The Bride-to-be will also receive A FREE BOTTLE OF BUBBLY!

Celebrate your birthday with us!

If you're heading out for a birthday celebration, just let us know! We will happily hand over a bottle of bubbly for the Birthday boy/girl or a round of Shots for the whole group to enjoy. We'll also let the Birthday boy/girl in free! (This offer is only available if you book in advance + please bring a form of I.D. showing us that it is indeed your birthday!)

Hire the Lava Bar!

We have been helping people host parties since we opened in October '07 and are now widely regarded as one of the premiere party venues in Cheltenham. We offer the best value for money venue in Gloucestershire and we specialize in organising birthday parties, office parties, hen parties, leaving parties, corporate functions and other events.

The Lava Bar is available to hire on almost any night of the week. The room can be found on the 1st floor of the club and is a unique, stylish and adaptable room. With it's original brickwork, drapes, low tables and low lighting the Lava Bar has a funky, retro-feel that lends itself equally to relaxing or dancing. The room has it's own Bar, Dancefloor and DJ booth. We can adapt the room to suit anything from 30 guests up to 100 guests.

The Lava Bar is available to hire on almost any night of the week, you have 2 options:

Option 1 - you can hire the room between 7pm and 11pm for a splendidly cheap rate and then join up with the rest of our party-goers afterwards - thus having a Private party and a club night all rolled into one! 

OR

You can hire the room for the entire night, anytime from 7pm - 2.30am*.

The Lava Bar holds up to 100 guests and is available to hire on almost any night of the week.

If your party is larger than this, don't hesitate to call, as arrangements can be made to hire the whole venue on certain nights.

We have DJs available for you to hire should you desire, or you can bring your own. Alternatively we can provide CDs free of charge or you can bring your own CDs or compile a playlist and bring your Ipod.

You can also book the Funkasino and your guests can enjoy Blackjack on our professional tables with our House Croupiers and win Shots, Vodka Mixers, Cocktails and Bubbly!

Feel free to come and decorate the room beforehand, you can also bring your own food! We can however, also cater for you, we use a Gloucestershire-based outside caterer called Hedleys Catering - to view the availab;e menus please visit:  www.hedleyscatering.co.uk

* = (Min 50 guests on a Saturday if you want to hire the bar for the whole night).
